Questions, answered
Is it a subscription?
No. Pro is a 30-day pass paid once. It doesn't renew by itself, so you're never charged by surprise. Pay again any time to add another 30 days to the time you have left.
How do I pay?
Securely through Razorpay with UPI, debit or credit card, netbanking or wallets. JotCV never sees your card or bank details.
What happens when Pro ends?
You go back to the free plan. Your resumes, versions and portfolio stay. Pro templates and colours can still be previewed; downloading them needs Pro again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — see our refund policy. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Do I need to pay to use the ATS checker?
No. Checking your JotCV resumes is free on every plan, and free accounts can check 5 uploaded files a month.
Can I keep using JotCV without paying?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit: 2 resumes, 8 templates, 5 downloads a week, the full ATS check and daily AI suggestions.
