Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Guest workspaces are deleted after 30 days if not claimed.

Your content

You own your resumes and everything you write. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You must only include information that is true and that you have the right to share.

Honest use

JotCV helps you present real experience. Don't use it to create false credentials, impersonate anyone, or publish content that is unlawful or harmful. We may remove published portfolios that break these rules.

No guarantees about outcomes

ATS scores and suggestions are guidance based on how applicant tracking systems commonly read resumes. We can't guarantee interviews, job offers or that any particular employer's system will accept your resume.

Pro plan and payments

• Pro is a pass for a fixed number of days, paid once through Razorpay. It does not renew automatically.
• Paying again adds days to any Pro time you have left.
• Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the pricing page and may change for future purchases; a pass you've bought is not affected.
• Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

Fair use

Plan limits (downloads, AI suggestions and others) prevent abuse. Automated or excessive use may be limited or blocked.
