Your resume is personal. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email address, and your name and photo if you sign in with Google.
  • Resume content you enter or import, and the files you upload for import or ATS checks.
  • Payment records (amount, date, status). Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
  • Basic usage and security logs (for example sign-in events and IP addresses) to keep the service safe.

How we use it

  • To provide the resume builder, ATS checks, exports, web portfolio and AI suggestions you ask for.
  • To enforce plan limits, prevent abuse and keep accounts secure.
  • To process payments and send service emails such as sign-in codes. We don't sell your data.

AI providers

When you use an AI feature, the relevant part of your resume is sent to an AI provider to generate suggestions. Some providers' free tiers may use inputs to improve their services; personal contact details are removed where we can before sending. Every suggestion is only a suggestion until you accept it.

Uploaded files

Files uploaded for an ATS check are read once and not kept. Generated downloads are deleted automatically after a short time.

Web portfolio

Your portfolio is private until you publish it. Email and phone are hidden unless you switch them on, and search engines are kept out unless you opt in. Visitor statistics use a daily-rotating anonymous identifier.

Your choices

  • Edit or delete any resume at any time. To delete your whole account, write to [email protected].
  • Unpublish your portfolio whenever you like.
  • Ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it by writing to [email protected].
